Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we collect through the montsistemi.hr website, why, on what basis, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Contact form

When you send us an enquiry using the form on the Contact page, we process the data you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number and message) in order to respond. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Job applications and CVs

You can send an application and attach your CV using the form on the Careers page. We process the form data and attached files solely to consider your application and contact you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Keeping your application after a recruitment process ends and considering it for future vacancies is based on the consent you give in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to ana@montsistemi.hr. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Form data, including attached CVs, is stored in the forms system on our website (the FormCraft plugin). Attached files are not publicly accessible, and access to forms and files is restricted to site administrators.

Retention period

We keep job applications for two years from receipt and enquiries for two years from our reply. After that period the data is deleted.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-865LEJ4JQX) for statistical measurement of visits to the site. Without your consent, analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer. See our Cookie policy for more. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The service is provided by Google, and data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. Hosting and data recipients

The site is hosted by UNICITAS d.o.o., Ulica Ciglana 17B, 48000 Koprivnica, Croatia. The hosting provider acts as a data processor and technically processes data (such as server logs) on our behalf. We do not sell or publish data. Enquiries and applications are delivered to the company by email. Data is also disclosed to other recipients, such as competent authorities, where required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send requests to montsistemi@montsistemi.hr.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Ulica Metela Ožegovića 16, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, azop.hr.
