About us
Montsistemi d.o.o. was founded on 13 March 2014 and is based in Koprivnica, Croatia. The company carries out installation works in the construction of residential and industrial buildings, covering electrical installations, heating, cooling and ventilation, gas installations, and water supply and sewerage. Alongside the works themselves, we can also prepare design documentation for all types of installation. Our activities also include the design and installation of automatic control systems for heating, ventilation and industrial processes.
We currently employ more than 60 people. Our team of engineers, site managers and installers combines experience with youth.

Modernisation of production
Project: Construction of a commercial hall and procurement of machinery, equipment and software through the digitalisation of operations
The project includes the construction of a new commercial hall and the procurement of CNC machines, production equipment and an ERP system for the digital transformation and modernisation of the business. The investment increases productivity, automates processes, improves quality and competitiveness, and secures long-term sustainable growth and a stronger market position in line with the principles of Industry 4.0.
Implementation period: 05/2025 – 11/2026
The project is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021–2027.

EU project
Brief project description:
Montsistemi d.o.o. signed grant agreement KK.03.2.1.19.0643 with the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments to implement the project “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of Montsistemi d.o.o. through ICT”.
The project was co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion in the 2014–2020 financial period, under the call “Improving the competitiveness and efficiency of SMEs through information and communication technologies (ICT) – 2”, reference KK.03.2.1.19.
Project objective
The objective of the project is to modernise the business, improve business processes, strengthen the competitiveness of the company and create new jobs.

2. New business process management software procured to develop the business further, increase sales, hire new staff and increase competitiveness.

Project to build and equip our own office building in Koprivnica
Since February 2018 we have been based in our own new office building at Ulica Ivana Đurkana 40, 48000 Koprivnica, Croatia.
